Westcoast Road Trip Day 2: Portland - Oregon Zoo & Pittock Mansion
We were still in Portland, OR. We did quit a few activities. It was very convenient to commute since our hotel was close to many places and the I-5 highway helped as a shortcut. Activities we did include the Oregon Zoo, Pittock Mansion, and Washington Square Mall.
At the Oregon Zoo, there were quite some interesting animals. I really like the tigers and lions, but didn't get a good photo of the tiger. He was sleeping inside the cave. Here are my favorite photos that I took:
Pittock Mansion
Nestled high in the West Hills of Portland, the Pittock Mansion soars 1000 feet above the city's skyline. A century old symbol of Portland's dramatic transformation from a small lumber town to bustling city, it's an architectural wonder.
