Scrapbooking: Congratulations Baby Card

A few months ago, my best friends Calvin and Sarah had twin girls. The baby girls were absolutely adorable! First of all, big congrats to them! I decided to make them a special card to go along with the gifts I got for them. And we attended the baby banquet a few weeks ago.
