Healthy Weight Week with Original SoupMan & Shrimp Burgers

It's Healthy Weight Week and I had been introduced to two great meals:
1. hot, comforting soup from The Original SoupMan
2. new, healthyburger alternative - The "Original" Shrimp Burger

The innovative Shrimp Burger will soon be available in groceries (starting along the east coast) and with only 160 calories, this high-protein, low-fat burger will fill you up and satisfy your cravings without expanding your waist line. Produced by CBS Foods, Inc., the burger was created by Shawn “Chef Big Shake” Davis as a burger alternative for his daughter who wanted a healthy meat alternative. Each burger has about 23 grams of protein, no sugar and only 3 grams of fat. They are made with all natural ingredients, packed with domestic shrimp and are offered in several flavors, including: Jalapeño, Cajun, Teriyaki and Chesapeake.

If its comfort from the cold you want, don’t reach for high-calorie dishes like pastas and casseroles- instead try warming up with hearty vegetables and flavorful broth. The SoupMan makes it easy to warm your body and soul with soup that tastes homemade and won’t add unwanted pounds. With calories as low as 180 and selections like Broccoli & Cheese, Chicken Vegetable, Italian Style Wedding, Seafood Bisque, and Tomato Basil, all your comfort cravings will be satisfied.
