Fan Expo Vancouver {Event Photos & Recap}

Hope you all had a great weekend. What a fun and exciting evening it was at Fan Expo Vancouver. Despite the rainy weather, it was a good turn out and was very busy. Of course, many stayed indoors to keep dry. Over 25,000 fans attended this event. Highlights include Q&A Panels from celebrity guests, celebrity photo and autograph sessions, anime voice actors, seminars and "How-to" workshops, Pokemon Lure Party, retailers, artist alley, cosplay, and much more.

Our highlight of the weekend (Sunday) was meeting Christopher Lloyd in person and photo op with the Delorean. Christopher is best known for his role as Emmett "Doc" Brown in the Back to the Future Trilogy. He has also acted in other roles as Jim Ignatowski in the television series Taxi,  Uncle Fester in the Addams Family and Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.


I was able to attend the Q&A Panel with The Flash stars, Candice Patton and Tom Cavanagh. They were fantastic in answering questions from fans and giving us a bit of their humour.



It was also lovely to meet Andy Rae, one of my favourite cosplayers. We chatted about her Jaina Proudmoore cosplay. Her work is amazing and she gave me tips about how she made her staff. I love the gem she made on it. I'm currently still working on my Jaina cosplay.


It was super busy in the vendor hall. I couldn't get enough of the Comics and Collectibles. We were searching for Funko Pop Vinyls, but couldn't find what we were looking for. Hopefully we will get it before the holidays.

There were so many Deadpool Cosplayers. Here's one of them...

It's Captain America! The work on this cosplayer's suit and armour is just amazing!

I also love this BayMax cosplay! I wanted to take him home with me.
