MY THOUGHTS
This is the first time I've heard about this new Paleo Cleanse program. The first few chapters in this book provides very useful info and intro about getting into the Paleo lifestyle as well as a better understanding of healthy food choices. I learned much about the Paleo diet. The recipes are simple and very easy to prepare. Some changes in my diet is try to eat more fruits and vegetables and avoid processed foods. I would recommend this book for those may be interested in trying the Paleo Diet and recipes and obtain a healthier lifestyle by eating fresh foods. I think I would share this in my next community kitchen classes.
