Recipe Book - EATS: Enjoy All the Seconds {Review & Giveaway}
I've always enjoyed looking through recipe books and looking for new ideas to make for my family meals. I received a copy of the book called EATS: enjoy all the seconds - 135 Colourful Recipes To Savour & Save (written by Mary Rolph Lamontagne). It was very nice of her to sign it for me.
My first reaction when I saw the book was how I was impressed by the quality of the book and the very colorful images. The recipes were easy to follow and everything looked so healthy. The "Avocado and Smoked Trout Puff Pastry Rounds" was one of my favorites. I didn't have smoke trout, but I used smoked salmon to substitute. The drink recipes looked amazing! I gotta try the "Strawberry Vodka Lemonade" sometime.
