Banana ripening is an art … just like cooking.

Where you need to control just 5 parameters to get desired results:

1.Keep temperature in the range of 14 to 18 deg C

2.Keep Ethylene dosing in the range of 100 to 200 PPM for 24 to 30 hrs

3.Keep RH more than 90%

4.Keep carbon dioxide level below 1 %

5.Air flow 2000CMH /MT

After ripening one can hold bananas for about 3 days by controlling above parameters

NOTE: BANANA RIPENING COST BY CONVENTIONAL PROCESS OF CARBIDE AND ICE IS MUCH MORE COSTLY THAN THE PRESENT SCIENTIFIC PROCESS
