Spring Clean Your Health
With spring in full swing and everyone looking to clear the clutter around the home, why not cleanse the mind and body, as well? Dr. John A. ReplyDeleteI'm very big into health I haven't read the book but am sure It's worth the read - I find I learn lots from reading books - and even if you pick up 1 tip out of the whole book - It's worth the price for your health sake.
