Health Promoting Meals from the TrueNorth Kitchen, the plant-based, SOS-Free (sugar, oil, and salt free) cookbook by Dr. Alan Goldhamer, founder of TrueNorth Health Center in Santa Rosa, California, and Chef Ramses Bravo, TrueNorth’s Executive Chef.
