Book Review: The Gluten-Free Good Health Cookbook

The Gluten-Free Good Health Cookbook contains a wealth of culturally diverse recipes, from risottos and pizzas to shrimp curry and grilled pork tenderloin in an ancho-chipotle marinade.  Annalise Roberts teams up with her sister, Dr. Claudia Pillow to explain why a gluten-free diet is so beneficial.

I received a copy of "The Gluten-Free Good Health Cookbook" and given the opportunity to share this great book to you. In this book, Roberts and Pillow delve into the chemistry behind a healthy gluten-free diet, outlining meal plans and explaining how eating gluten-free can dramatically reduce inflammation, improve one's immune system, mood, and energy.

This book is not just for those seeking a more healthful diet. This is an essential, easy-to-follow cookbook for those with celiac disease, food allergies, or anyone who wants to avoid gluten and still enjoy mealtime.  Roberts herself suffers from celiac disease and along with Pillow, she strives to help others like herself to find more enjoyment from what they eat.  They show how every meal can be healthy, affordable, and delicious without gluten.
