RSVP for Santa Now

Here's a tip for you: You can sign up in advance to see Santa! No more long waits, crowded malls and fussy kids. Worldwide Photography announced a new online reservation system that lets visitors book an appointment for photos with Santa in advance, giving them their choice of dates and times, and avoiding long waits – making the whole Santa visit more enjoyable.

This is available only in the US at this time. The system lets visitors book their appointment with Santa in 260 malls now for photos at their preferred date. For example, if you want to visit Santa for photos on December 23 you can secure your date and time today and not have to worry about the crowds on the 23rd.

Seeing Santa Claus just got easier! There is a new platform that lets visitors book an appointment for photos with Santa in advance, giving them their choice of dates and times, eliminating the wait and enhancing the overall Santa experience. While Santa comes to a town near you as early as November 4 in some markets, visitors can make reservations now by visiting: http://www.mysantaexperience.com.

Reservations are available at 260 malls nationwide. To celebrate the launch of the 2015 holiday season, customers can save more than 30 percent off their photos if they make online reservations prior to December 12. Through a partnership with Tiny Prints, customers receive a $25 coupon redeemable at TinyPrints.com for holiday cards or other products.

The new reservation system is from WorldWide Photography (WWP), part of the Event Photography Group portfolio of brands. The platform is mobile compatible, so mall visitors can make a reservation on-site via their smartphone, shop and return at their designated appointment time.

“The new reservation system will make that wonderful Santa experience even more convenient for visitors,” said Denise Conroy, President and CEO of Event Photography Group. “Being able to make online reservations sooner rather than later gives our customers more flexibility to plan before the busy holiday season. Through our partnerships with the top mall developers across the country, we are pleased to offer this streamlined experience to the more than 1.1 million consumers visiting My Santa Experience locations across the country.”

In addition, WWP has once again partnered with Adventures in Movement (AIM), a national organization that uses music to teach children with special needs. By donating a minimum of $1 during their visit, parents can have a personalized letter sent to their child from Santa, with all of the proceeds going to AIM.

“To date, we have donated more than $950,000 through our Santa charities programs, and we are proud and excited that we anticipate far exceeding the $1 million mark in total contributions this year,” continued Conroy.

Pet owners can also make online reservations to include Fido in their photos on special “Pet Nights” in designated markets. Interested consumers can visit www.mysantaexperience.com/petnights to learn more about specific markets, dates and availability.

Consumers can visit http://www.mysantaexperience.com/ to find the location nearest to them and can post their moments on social media with #mysantaexperience. “Like” the My Santa Experience Facebook page for the latest updates and photos from our events.
