FITNESS: Charlotte mixes up her workouts to keep her body in top shape (focusing on muscle confusion), her mind sharp and her energy up with:
· Barry’s Boot Camp—(interval training with weights, running on an inclined treadmill, sprints backward & forward)
· Pilates
· Tae Bo
· Hiking
· Running
DIET:
· high protein, low fat.
· a homemade protein shake within the 20 minute window after her workouts to make sure she was only losing fat, not muscle. Charlotte mixes whey isolate that is lactose free/carb free with a lot of blueberries, some strawberries, Chia seeds, wheat grass and ice.
