* Event dates: February 1st to 28th, 2013

* Eligibility: Contest is open to US and Canada

* 1 FREE link (Twitter or Facebook) with announcement post (or pay $5 waiver fee without announcement).

* Optional additional links are $1 each.

* Optional Host pages are $5 each.

* Optional Event Co-Host pages are $10 each.

* Agree to post the giveaway HTML on the date the event begins and promote at least 3x a week
