* FREE link on entry form (Twitter or Pinterest) with announcement post (or pay $5 waiver fee).

* Optional additional links are $2.00 each (including Facebook links)

* Co-host $15 (Co-host will get 10 links; no google links)

* Co-host pages $10

* Daily Comment $10

* Agree to post the giveaway HTML on the date the event begins and promote at least 3x a week
