Makes 4, 1/2 cup services
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp flour
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION:
1) Mix the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
2) Add 1 cup milk and whisk to dissolve cornstarch. Whisk the remaining milk.
3) Mix thoroughly.
4) Heat mixture over medium heat, constantly stirring until thickened.
5) Remove from heat and add vanilla.
6) Transfer to a clean bowl and cool in refrigerator or enjoy while still warm.
