INGREDIENTS:
one 15-oz can (425g) chick peas, also called garbanzo beans
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
half of a large garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for serving
1/2 to 1 tsp kosher salt, depending on taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 to 3 tbsp water
PREPARATION:
1) Drain and rinse the canned chick peas.
2) Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until it is at the desired consistency.
3) Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
