Target's A Bullseye View has put together some of their favorite picks for bringing a little Gatsby chic into your life, including recipes like Seafood Croquettes and Mint Julep Cupcakes.
Tantalize your taste buds: Extravagant parties—and menus—are integral to the Gatsby lifestyle. Champagne, gin and mint juleps were the libations of choice, while seafood and rich sauces were buffet favorites of the era. Below, Paula Zuhlsdorf of the Target Test Kitchen shares five exclusive recipes for the sophisticated palette. Start with one of the few legal cocktails of the prohibition era—the shrimp cocktail. Try Market Pantry Shrimp Cocktail. Just thaw and serve.
