ImportFest Vancouver 2014 Coverage

ImportFest (presented by Scion Canada) was just this past weekend on August 9th. It is Canada's "Biggest and Baddest" car show and lifestyle event. ImportFest returned to Vancouver this year at the Rocky Mountaineer Station. It was an outdoor and indoor show featuring tuners from across Canada and the USA. ImportFest has been around for many years and this brought back memories when I participated in 2005 and won "Baddesst" Honda Civic Award. It was a lot of fun.

During the show, there were some cool swag that vendors were giving out, but not the same that it used to be where they just give it away to people. Prior to the show, it was announced that the first 100 attendees get an ImportFest T-shirt. Then Scion was giving T-shirts as well as other logo merchandise to the first 100 people to sign up to test drive a scion.

And back by popular demand, Miss ImportFest Dannie Riel made an appearance at the Vossen Wheels booth. I had the opportunity to meet her in person as well as have a photo op with her. I'd tell you... this woman is flawless and she is super friendly.

There were many amazing cars and crazy modifications. Props to those who put much effort. And congratulations to the winners. Check out some of my photos below. If any photos of your car are here, leave me a comment and tell me which one is yours. At the next car meet, maybe I'll drop by and say HI.
