Nicole Sherzinger wears one-of-a-kind Couture Gown by Designer Christina Makowsky

Nicole Sherzinger on Fox's 'The X Factor' elimination night last night wore a custom one of a kind reptile studded gown by designer Christina Makowsky (www.ChristinaMakowsky.com).

Nicole looked absolutely exquisite in a one-of-a-kind Christina Makowksy Reptile Studded Gown. With a backless silhouette, Nicole’s X-Factor selection was not the only surprise of the night! In honor of Nicole, Christina Makowsky has now named the gown after the starlet and portions of the sales will be donated to Nicole’s charity of choice! This isn’t Nicole’s first time wearing Christina Makowsky, in her hit music video “Try With Me” Nicole accessorized with Christina’s signature cuffs. Nicole’s co-host Paula Abdul wore a custom dress by Christina Makowsky the week prior on X-Factor. Paula Abdul was also spotted out to dinner with the designer this week! It looks like these two fashionistas may have to battle over their favorite luxury designer when it comes to awards season!

About CHRISTINA MAKOWSKY:

With a design degree from FIT, and 28 years dressing the most elegant VIP women (as the owner of successful luxury boutique chain, Georgina) Christina Makowsky became inspired to design her OWN luxury brand. The Christina Makowsky LUXURY brand mantra encompasses integrity and exclusivity, therefore garments are never mass produced and are created and marketed in limited quantities. In addition to designing her own luxury collection, Christina Makowsky uses her fashion expertise as the creative director for Beverly Hills Lifestyle Magazine. The publication celebrates all things elegant, opulent, and chic.

Christina Makowsky is an intelligent, iconic collection of timeless fashion pieces which any well-dressed woman needs in her wardrobe. The brand is committed to providing the highest quality pieces, made from the finest fabrics, with enduring workmanship and with impeccable attention to every detail on each piece (for example: hand-frayed silk chiffon edging, which adds "edge" to the spot-on-tailoring of her jackets).

To ensure the continued exclusivity of her line, consumers can only purchase the line at www.ChristinaMakowsky.com or via private order at her traveling pop-up stores in the USA and Europe . This limited access has only served to fuel the consumer demand for this US-made luxury line. Christina's demand and exposure initially began to accelerate when Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards and friends visited her NYC studio for custom-made creations for an event (and this aired on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills). Since then she has dressed A-listers such as Nicole Scherzinger, Selena Gomez, Paula Abdul and Cheryl Burke.

Christina Makowsky's philanthropic values are reflected in the fact that she often gives a percentage of proceeds from her trunk shows and other endeavors to various US charitable causes and foundations.
