Clay Art Craft: Rose Centerpiece

It has been a while since I've been doing clay art. I learned to make roses, which I don't do very often with clay. My sister-in-law from California was in Vancouver for the summer holiday. She was teaching a clay workshop at a Community Center. She uses air-dry clay for her projects. Air-dry clay has a soft and fluffy feel - almost like marshmallows. I've used it a few times only from my little one's craft kit. I still have my polymer clay that I haven't used in a while. Polymer clay is a bit more sticky. I'll have to try making roses with that and see how it goes.
